Summery Slush Recipe

Good day everybody!

I love having a cold drink when the temperatures get higher and my favorite cold drink is a fresh slush puppie, but I am not always near a shop which sells them and they're very unhealthy. However, I am always near my blender and fruit and this option is very healthy! I'll share with you my favorite healthy slush puppie recipe and I hope you'll love it as much as I do!

Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juise
- 6 tablespoons of orange juice
- 6 ice cubes
- 300g frozen blueberries

You will have to put all the ingredients in the blender and mix it - but not too thoroughly, because you want to keep your slush as crunchy and cool as possible and the blender tends to get a little bit hot which will melt the ice cubes.
Once it's ready you can pour the substance in a cute glass and stick a straw in it and enjoy it (as quickly as possible because you don't want it to melt!)

I personally love this drink and I hope you will too - having a healthy substitute for an unhealthy treat you normally love is always nice! If you decide to try this out make sure to tweet me a picture, @lemontierres - I hope you have a lovely day and enjoy the beautiful weather!
