Good day! Okay - I was in need of a bath. I had a tough day, I was very tired and I just wanted to relax for an hour or so. I entered the bathroom and I saw that I'd ran out of my favorite bath oil and I thought of something I recently found out: taking tea baths is really healthy.
Green tea is my favorite tea ever and we always have many tea bags stored in our house so I decided I wanted to take a green tea bath. It was just so extremely relaxing and all I wanted to do was sleep (and take big gulps of the water (which is quite gross, actually)).
I used a total of 6 tea bags for my medium sized bath - make sure to not use too many tea bags as the tea stains the bath quite badly. It's easy to remove but don't forget to do this as it looks quite gross!
My skin felt really good after the bath and it just felt so healthy. Have you ever tried a tea bath? Let me know!
