Banana bread is the perfect snack- or breakfast option - and it's extremely easy to make as well. The previous recipes I made all contained sugar but to keep things healthy (I'm not eating licorice at all right now, I promise) I thought I'd share a sugar-free recipe.
2 hands full of walnuts
Mix all of the ingredients, preheat the oven to 165*C and leave the cake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
If you ever decide to recreate this recipe, let me know what you thought of it! What I love about this recipe is the fact that you only need 4 ingredients - I always have bananas and flour and eggs in my house so I'd only need to go out to get some walnuts.
